Welcome to Trans Nzoia County Public Service Board's Human Resource System. This system is for all employees of County Government of Trans Nzoia. This system can be accessed via all devices as it is cross-platform. The system handles staff bio-data electronically, allows all staff to do staff performance appraisals, staff can also apply for leave and get notifications on its approval status, download payslip and p9, get linked to staff trainings, do asset allocations and many more. The staff will be able to download other important forms such as oath of secrecy, wealth declaration, clearance forms etc
The system allows the staff to make application for their Leave, and check for its approval status online.
The system links the staff to where they can view and download their monthly payslip.
This is a document which lists all the payments made for a period of one financial year. The system links the staff to where they can download their p9 for Income Tax filing purposes.
The system allows the staff to allocate and be allocated assets such as
laptops.
It will keep track of the asset movement until its written-off.
The system provides all staff with an online performance appraisal form that they will fill online and be appraised by respective supervisor.
The system will store each staff's particular details and allows update of those details. All staff records are kept securely.
